European Marbling and Wood graining-Mike MacNeil has received the highest honor of professional recognition in the painting trade: Freeman of the Trade, and is the first person born in North America to receive this honor. This, being bestowed on Mike MacNeil by the Worshipful Company of Painters of London, the oldest painters union in the world. He is the first person born in North American to receive this honor, and surpass the level of Master. Mike being a Freeman of the City and Guilds of London, he will be permitted to represent North America in international competition against the best painters from such countries as Great Britain , Germany , France and Italy. Mike MacNeil has recently completed works in the homes of Steven Spielberg, Charlie Sheen, Casey Kasem and George Clooney. |

Gary has also been awarded 2 National 1 st Place Awards for Best Faux Finisher of the year by painting and Decorating Contractors of America and by the American Painting Contractor. Lord has appeared hundreds of times as a demonstrator for decorative painting techniques on HGTV's Decorating with Style, Carol Duvall Show and the Christopher Lowell Show just to name a few. Gary has almost 30 years of experience and has been teaching his award winning finishes for over 15 years nationally and internationally.
